Section R414-1C-2 - Policy During the COVID-19 Emergency Period(1) The Division of Medicaid and Health Financing (DMHF) suspends any of its administrative rules under R382, R410, and R414 that conflict with: (a) emergency waivers or state plan amendments approved by CMS during the declared COVID-19 emergency period;(b) an executive order set forth by the Governor during the declared COVID-19 emergency period; or(c) an action set forth by the Legislature during the declared COVID-19 emergency period.(2) This rule shall remain in effect through the declared COVID-19 emergency period.Utah Admin.
