A party to the proceeding may move for reconsideration of DIH's final administrative action in accordance with Sections 63G-4-301 through 63G-4-302. A person may seek review of a DWS hearing decision concerning eligibility for medical assistance by filing a written request for agency review with DWS in accordance with Section 63G-4-301.
