Section R402-2-5 - Meeting Procedures(1) The council shall meet at least four times each year or more frequently as determined by the executive committee. Notice of the intended meeting schedule shall be provided to voting members no later than the first meeting of each calendar year.(2) The executive committee shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed as determined by the chair and chair elect to facilitate executive committee work.(3) Subcommittees shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed as determined by the council chair and chair elect.(4) Meetings shall have an electronic meeting option. Council members attending electronically will be counted as present at the meeting for quorum, participation, and voting requirements.(5) Meetings of the council shall be conducted in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Title 52, Chapter 4.Utah Admin.
