Section R392-800-8 - Maintenance Requirements(1) The operator shall maintain all buildings, rooms, equipment, and the premises in a sanitary condition, free of an imminent health hazard .(2) Where necessary, all reasonable means shall be employed to eliminate or control infestations of vectors or pests within a public place.
