Section R392-510-5 - Smoking Prohibition(1) Except for areas where smoking is permitted by Subsection 26-38-3(2), smoking is prohibited in places of public access and publicly owned buildings and offices.(2) Upon request, the building owner, agent, or operator shall provide evidence to the local health officer that the facility is in compliance with this rule.Utah Admin.
