Section R392-304-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-1-202 and 26B-7-402.(2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of an artificial swimming lagoon, as defined by this rule, and provides for the prevention and control of hazards associated with artificial swimming lagoons that are likely to adversely affect public health and wellness including risk factors contributing to injury, sickness, death, disability, and the spread of disease.Utah Admin.
