Section R392-302-4 - General Requirements(1) Any public pool regulated under Section R392-302-2 shall meet the requirements of this rule.(2) This rule does not require a construction or operational change in any portion of a public pool facility if the facility was installed in compliance with the law in effect when the facility was installed, except as specifically provided otherwise in this rule.(3) Notwithstanding Subsection (2), if the local health officer determines that any facility is dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, a nuisance, or menace to life, health, or property, the local health officer may order construction changes consistent with the requirements of this rule to existing facilities.(4) Requirements of this rule supersede the requirements of building code pertaining to standards for specialized buildings as described in Section 15A-1-208.Utah Admin.
