Section R392-302-36 - Advisory Committee(1) An advisory committee to the department regarding regulation of public pools is authorized.(2) The advisory committee members shall be appointed by the department and include representation from local health departments, pool engineering, construction, or maintenance companies, and pool managers or pool operators.(3) Consistent with Rule R380-1, the department may seek the advice of the advisory committee regarding interpretation of this rule, the granting of variances, and related matters.Utah Admin.
