Section R392-302-1 - Authority and Purpose of Rule(1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26B-1-202, 26B-7-113 and 26B-7-402.(2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of public pools and provides for the prevention and control of hazards associated with public pools that are likely to adversely affect public health and wellness including risk factors contributing to injury, sickness, death, disability, and the spread of disease.Utah Admin.
