Section R392-300-2 - Applicability(1) Except as provided in Subsection (2), this rule applies to the repair, maintenance, use, operation, and occupancy of any camp or campsite designed, intended for use, or otherwise used for temporary human habitation.(2) This rule does not apply to primitive or back-country camping.Utah Admin.
