Section R392-300-12 - Solid WastesThe operator shall ensure that:
(1) adequate containers are provided to prevent the accumulation of solid waste in the camp;(2) solid waste generated at a camp or picnic area is stored in a leak-proof, non-absorbent container that is kept covered with a tight-fitting lid; and(3) solid waste is disposed with sufficient frequency and in such a manner as to prevent insect breeding, rodent harborage, or a public health nuisance.Utah Admin.
