Section R392-100-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Sections 26B-1-202, and 26B-7-402 authorize this rule.(2) The purpose of this rule is to safeguard public health and provide consumers with food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented by:(a) setting standards for management, personnel, food operations, equipment, and facilities; and(b) providing conditions for food establishment plan review, permit issuance, inspection, employee health, and permit enforcement.Utah Admin.
