Section R382-2-4 - Enrollment Notification(1) Before the enrollment process in the Clinical Health Information Exchange (CHIE), the Department provides notice of intent to enroll a CHIP beneficiary in CHIE and includes the right of a beneficiary to opt out.(2) The Department provides additional education regarding the beneficiary's right to opt out on the program websites.Utah Admin.
