Section R381-100-1 - Legal Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is enacted and enforced in accordance with Section 26B-1-414.(2) This rule establishes the foundational standards necessary to protect the health and safety of children in child care centers and defines the general procedures and requirements to get and maintain a license to provide child care.Utah Admin.
