Section R380-80-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized by Section 26B-1-202.(2) The purpose of this rule is to: (a) protect clients from abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and exploitation; and(b) clarify the expectation of conduct for department providers, their staff, and volunteers who interact with clients.Utah Admin.
