Section R380-66-4 - Appointment of Members to the Advisory Panel(1) When the executive director or a designee determines that a scarce health care resource exists, the executive director or designee shall consult with relevant healthcare organizations and then appoint experts to an advisory panel.(2) All participants on the advisory panel shall submit a conflict of interest form in accordance with the department's conflict of interest policy.Utah Admin.
