Section R380-65-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Pursuant to Section 26-1-5 and Subsection 58-1-307(8), this rule establishes the department's protocols to administer, dispense, and distribute a vaccine, antiviral, antibiotic, or other prescription medication that is not a controlled substance in the event of a declaration of a national, state or local emergency.(2) The protocols shall only be in effect during a public health emergency.Utah Admin.
