Section R357-21-4 - Calculation of Time(1) For the Utah Rural Jobs Act time will be calculated beginning the business day after the initial or triggering event.(2) If the ending day or due date occurs on a weekend day or a state or federal holiday, the due date shall be 11:59 p.m. on the next business day following the weekend day or holiday.Utah Admin.
