6.2 Significant Modifications. Significant modification of the SSMP must be public noticed by the permittee and approved by the permittee's governing body at a public meeting. A new notice certifying the revised SSMP is in place shall be sent to DWQ.6.4 Incomplete Reports. If a permittee becomes aware that it failed to submit required information in any notice or report, the permittee shall promptly amend the notice or report.6.5 Certification of Notices and Reports.
