Section R317-550-2 - Authority, Purpose and Scope of Rule2.1. These rules are administered by the division authorized by Title 19 Chapter 5.2.2. The collection, storage, transportation, and disposal of all liquid wastes by liquid waste operators shall be accomplished in a sanitary manner which does not create a public health hazard or nuisance, or adversely affect the quality of the waters of the State.2.3.
