Section R315-303-1 - Applicability
The standards of Rule R315-303 apply to:
(1) Class I, II, and V Landfills;(2) Class III Landfills as specified in Rule R315-304;(3) Class I V, and VI Landfills as specified in Rule R315-305; and(4) Class VII Landfills as specified in Rule R315-321.
