Section R313-25-10 - Institutional InformationThe institutional information submitted by the applicant shall include:
(1) A certification by the federal or state agency which owns the disposal site that the agency is prepared to accept transfer of the license when the provisions of Section R313-25-17 are met and will assume responsibility for institutional control after site closure and for post-closure observation and maintenance.(2) Evidence, if the proposed disposal site is on land not owned by the federal or a state government, that arrangements have been made for assumption of ownership in fee by the federal or a state agency.Utah Admin.
