Section R313-25-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The purpose of this rule is to prescribe the requirements for the issuance of licenses for the land disposal of wastes received from other persons.(2) The rules set forth herein are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Subsections 19-3-104(4), 19-3-104(7), 19-3-104(10), and 19-3-104(11).(3) The requirements of Rule R313-25 are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable requirements of these rules.Utah Admin.
