Section R313-12-100 - Prohibited Uses(1) A hand-held fluoroscopic screen using x-ray equipment shall not be used unless it has been listed in the Registry of Sealed Source and Devices or accepted for certification by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Center for Devices and Radiological Health.(2) A shoe-fitting fluoroscopic device shall not be used.Utah Admin.
