Section R309-605-5 - Exceptions(1) Exceptions to the requirements of R309-605 or parts thereof may be granted by the Director to a PWS if, due to compelling factors (which may include economic factors), a PWS is unable to comply with these requirements, and the granting of an exception will not result in an unreasonable risk to health.(2) The Director may prescribe a schedule by which the PWS must come into compliance with the requirements of R309-605.Utah Admin.
