Section R309-600-5 - Designated Person(1) A designated person shall be appointed and reported in writing to the Director by each PWS within 180 days of the effective date of Rule R309-600. The designated person's address, email address, and telephone number shall be included in the written correspondence. Additionally, the designated person's contact information must be included in each DWSP Plan and PER submitted to DDW.(2) Each PWS shall notify the Director in writing within 30 days of any changes in the appointment of a designated person.Utah Admin.
