Section R309-300-6 - Application for Examination1. Prior to taking an examination, the operator must file a written application with the Division of Drinking Water or apply for an online examination with the appropriate agency, accompanied by evidence of his qualifications for certification in accordance with provisions of this plan (see table 5 on minimum qualifications). Such applications shall be made on forms supplied by the Division.2. An operator may elect to take any written examination which he believes can be successfully passed.
