Section R309-100-5 - Approval of Plans and Specifications for Public Water Supply Projects(1) All engineering plans and specifications for public drinking water projects must be approved in writing prior to construction, in accordance with R309-105-6 and R309-500-6.(2) A public water system shall obtain an Operating Permit prior to placing any public drinking water facility into operation as required in R309-500-9.Utah Admin.
