Section R307-349-4 - VOC Content Limit(1) No owner or operator shall apply coatings with a VOC content greater than 2.1 pounds of VOC per gallon, excluding water and exempt solvents (compounds not classified as VOC as defined in R307-101-2 ), unless an add-on control device is used as specified in R307-349-6.(2) No owner or operator shall use a strippable booth coating with a VOC content greater than 3.8 pounds VOC per gallon, excluding water and exempt solvents (compounds that are not defined as VOC), unless an add-on control device is used as specified in R307-349-6.Utah Admin.
