Section R307-347-2 - Applicability(1) R307-347 applies to large appliance surface coating operations located in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah and Weber counties.(2) Before September 1, 2018, R307-347 applies to large appliance surface coating operations that have the potential to emit 2.7 tons per year or more of VOC, including related cleaning activities.(3) Effective September 1, 2018, R307-347 shall apply to large appliance surface coating operations that use a combined 20 gallons or more of coating products and associated solvents per year.Utah Admin.
