Section R307-208-6 - Air Quality Action and Alert Days(1) By August 1, 2013, sole sources of residential or commercial heating using an outdoor wood boiler must be registered with the director in order to be exempt from R307-208-6(2).(2) No person shall operate an outdoor wood boiler on an air quality action or alert day as described in R307-302, except those that are registered with the director as sole source of heat.Utah Admin.
