Section R251-716-2 - [Effective until 9/6/2024] Definitions(1) "Department" means Utah Department of Corrections.(2) "Entity" means agency, department, the Board of Pardons and Parole, or other criminal justice organization.(3) "LEB" means the Law Enforcement Bureau.(4) "Offenders" means any person under the supervision of the Department including inmates, parolees, and probationers.Utah Admin.
