Section R251-707-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized by Sections 63G-3-201, 64-13-7, 64-13-10 and 64-13-17, which allow the Department to adopt procedures in accordance with its responsibilities.(2) The purpose of this rule is to provide the policy and procedures for inmates under the control of Division of Prison Operations regarding access to courts and counsel.Utah Admin.
