Section R156-31b-302f - Nonapproved Nursing Education Programs(1) Under Subsection 58-31b-303(1)(b) and Section R156-31b-302b, an applicant for LPN licensure who graduated from a nonapproved nursing education program shall demonstrate that the nursing education program completed by the applicant is equivalent by submitting: (a) a CGFNS Credentials Evaluation Service Professional Report that is acceptable to the Division and the Board; or(b) documentation of meeting the endorsement requirements of Subsection 58-1-302(1).(2) Under Subsection 58-31b-303(2)(b) and Section R156-31b-302d, an applicant for RN licensure who graduated from a nonapproved nursing education program shall submit: (a) a CGFNS Certification Program Verification Letter; or(b) documentation of meeting the endorsement requirements of Subsection 58-1-302(1).Utah Admin.
