Section R156-17b-617a - Operating Standards - Class E Pharmacy - General Provisions(1) In accordance with Section 58-17b-302 and Subsection 58-17b-601(1), Class E pharmacies shall have a written pharmacy care protocol that includes: (a) the identity of the supervisor or director;(b) a detailed plan of care;(c) the identity of the drugs to be purchased, stored, used, or accounted for; and(d) the identity of any licensed healthcare provider associated with the operation.(2) Class E pharmacies shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws.Utah Admin.
