Section R154-2-500 - Search Requests and Reports Generally(1) The filing office maintains records for public inspection in a searchable index within the UCC information management system for public inspection.(2) Records will be retrievable by the name of the debtor or by the file number of the related initial financing statement, and each record related to an initial financing statement is retrieved with the initial financing statement using either retrieval method.Utah Admin.
