Section R154-100-1 - Definitions(1) Terms used in this rule that are defined in the Administrative Procedures Act, Title 63G, Chapter 4, and not otherwise defined in this section shall have the respective meanings given the terms in the Administrative Procedures Act, Title 63G, Chapter 4.(2) "Division" means the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code in the Utah Department of Commerce.Utah Admin.
