Section R137-1-23 - Procedure for Filing a Request for Administrative Review of an Abusive Conduct Investigation(1) Under Section 67-19a-202(3), an employee may file a request for administrative review of the findings of an abusive conduct investigation.(2) A Request for Administrative Review of an Abusive Conduct Investigation may be filed directly with the CSRO within 10 days after the date on which the employee receives notification of the investigative findings.Utah Admin.
