Section R131-9-12 - Removing or Relocating(1) A request to remove or relocate any approved item may be initiated by the Board, the Subcommittee, the Executive Director, or any person.(2) The request for removal or relocation shall be determined by the original approving authority.(3) Removal or relocation of the item is to only be handled by the Capitol Preservation Board Office or as arranged by the Capitol Preservation Board Office.Utah Admin.
