Section R131-8-1 - Purpose

Pursuant to sections 63C-9-301(1)(b) and 63C-9-301(3)(a), Utah Code, this rule defines the Board's statutory requirement to preserve, maintain and restore Capitol Hill facilities and Capitol Hill grounds.
