Section R131-7-5 - Coordination with State Budget Policy

Following approval by the Board, the Executive Director will submit a summary of the Master Plan and annual budget to the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget, for inclusion into the Executive Branch budget, pursuant to Section 63J-1-101, et seq., for submission to the Legislature.
