Section R131-1-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) As provided by Subsections 63C-9-301(3) and 63C-9-301(4) this rule establishes procedures for the procurement of architectural and engineering services by the State Capitol Preservation Board.(2) The Board's authority to adopt rules is provided according to Subsections 63C-9-301(3).(3) As required by Subsection 63C-9-301(4), procurement of architectural and engineering services shall be conducted in accordance with this rule, the provisions of Title 63G, Chapter 6, or of Title 63A, Chapter 5 as determined by the Board.Utah Admin.
