Section R82-1-304 - Background Checks for Resort Licensees(1) The authority for this rule is Subsection 32B-1-304(7)(a).(2) This rule describes what "engages in the management" of a resort means for purposes of determining which individuals must undergo a background check as part of the application process for a resort license.(3) As used in this section, "engages in the management of a resort licensee" means manages or controls:(a) the daily operations of the business entity of the resort licensee; or(b) the finances of the resort licensee.(4) An individual who engages in the management of a resort licensee shall undergo a background check as part of the application process for obtaining or renewing a resort license.Utah Admin.
