Section R70-380-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) Promulgated under the authority of Section 4-3-201.(2) This rule shall apply to any G r a d e A condensed milk products and condensed and dry whey sold, bought, processed, manufactured, or distributed within Utah.(3) This rule establishes definitions and penalties through the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance to be used as the sanitary regulation for milk and milk products served on interstate carriers and is recognized by the Public Health Agencies, the milk industry, and other as the national standard for milk sanitation.Utah Admin.
