Section R70-320-3 - Milk Permits(1) Each farm that produces and sells milk for manufacturing purposes shall apply for a permit.(2) Permits shall be required for the sale of milk for manufacturing purposes.(3) Only one permit shall be issued per facility.(4) Farm permits shall be effective from the date of issuance unless suspended or revoked by the department.Utah Admin.
