Section R70-320-19 - Violations(1) The commissioner may for good cause, after notice and opportunity for hearing, suspend or revoke certification and licenses issued under this rule.(2) No person, firm, or corporation shall produce, sell, offer for sale, or process milk for the manufacture of human food except in accordance with this rule.(3) No unlicensed plant shall handle, buy, or receive milk or manufacture dairy products from the received or processed milk.(4) Each dairy plant shall furnish the department with a current list of their producers semi-annually. These lists shall be received no later than January 15th and July 15th of the current year.(5) Violation of any portion of this rule may result in civil or criminal action, pursuant to Section 4-2-304.Utah Admin.
