Section R66-4-12 - Proficiency Testing(1) The department shall establish a proficiency testing program for independent cannabis testing laboratories.(2) Each independent cannabis testing laboratory shall participate in the designated proficiency testing program with satisfactory performance as determined by the Department.Utah Admin.
