Section R66-37-8 - Renewal(1) Each Industrial Hemp Research License shall be renewed on a year-to-year basis.(2) An applicant seeking renewal of the Industrial Hemp Research License shall resubmit each document required for licensing, with any updated information, 30 days before the expiration of the current year license.Utah Admin.
