Section R33-8-501 - Declaration of "Official State of Emergency"(1) Upon a declaration of an "Official State of Emergency" by the authorized state official, the procurement official shall implement the division's Continuity of Operations Plan When activated, the division shall follow the procedures outlined in the plan and take appropriate actions as directed by the procurement unit responsible for authorizing emergency acquisitions of procurement itemsUtah Admin.
