Section 89.312 - Property Tax Employee License Under Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry

As required by Texas Finance Code, § RSA 351.0515, a licensee's individual employees who, for actual or expected compensation or gain, act as residential mortgage loan originators in the making, transacting, or negotiating of a property tax loan for a principal dwelling, are required to obtain a license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
